 (Orlando, FL)  (11/14/12)  The Beacon Diversity Network celebrates its Champions of Change First Annual Luncheon, with Sondra Thiederman, nationally renowned diversity expert and trainer; Friday, December 7, 2012, at 11:30 a.m., at the Rosen Centre Hotel on 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florida.  Dr. Sondra Thiederman is the President of Cross Cultural Communications, a San Diego-based training firm.  She has over 25 years of experience as a speaker, trainer, and author helping professionals in Fortune 500 companies, public sector organizations and dozens of associations find ways to successfully navigate our increasingly diverse workplaces.  “Sondra is one of the nation’s leading experts on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and marketplace,” says, Vivian Ware, Diversity & Inclusion Manager with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts and Chair, Forums and Programming for The Beacon Network.
